Hey gamers, I got a big bonus at work and want to spend some on myself, and wanting to upgrade to the xbone. Currently have 2x 360s, one slim and one elite.

I am leaning towards the xbox one elite console, the 1 tb with ssd partition seems like ample storage for what I need. Is it worth it vs buying a 500 gb base model and using external USB 3.0 hd? The elite controller seems sexy as F...

Also, any combo deals or bundles out there currently? I know MS and Amazon sometimes offer gift cards when buying a console, this may sweeten the deal for me.

I plan to pick up Witcher 3 and Dark Souls 3, at least for starters. Not a huge halo or cod fan so no real desire for their respective consoles unless there's a gg deal out there.

Any to avoid? Share your feedback and opinions, they are valued and appreciated.

Witcher was okay, ds3 should be awesome. The division comes out monday at midnight.

Have a pc and laptop, prefer to game on a console. Easier to be a lazy gamer from bed/couch with a console instead of fucking with a pc. I have no desire to play games on ultra high 4x AAAA or mod them... console is a no brainer for what I plan to do.
