Just went out and got an Xbox One. Booted it up, first update was fine, Xbox restarted.
New screen says.. "It is time to upgrade" - after a little while it says "There was a problem with the update" and my only options are Try again(tried several times), check Network connection (connects fine. Tried wireless and wired connections, both work fine) and the third option is turn off Xbox.
Googled the problem, most common solution is to power cycle Xbox and unplug for 30 seconds. Did this twice, hasn't helped. Next top solution is to send the Xbox in to get repaired. This can't be right, can it?
Anyone have this problem before? Help
