It's actually changed quite a bit compared to most other shooters, so you really don't know what the fuck you're talking about. You should probably go play some d3 since you understood the developments of that game about as much as you understand halo.

Stupid and pointless question. Fallout is something I'll play when I don't feel like trying. Halo is something I'll play when I want to do something that's somewhat competitive.

Two completely different types of games that should not be compared.... Could have at least said Halo or Cod... that would have been worth answering.
