Is there any release dates for the upcoming Episodes of Game of Thrones and Tales from the Borderlands?
I can't seem to find them.

Game of thrones is up to episode 3 and Tales from the Borderlands episode 2.

Telltale is notorious for not keeping any type of scheduled release date. They kind of pop up whenever they feel like. You can't find release dates because no one knows.
