So I have a pair of turtle beach's but the chat cuts out. I just bought it 3 days ago since I thought my other one had failed. Problem is itll work completely fine in a party. If that person goes afk for more than 15-20 minutes then I can't hear them when they come back. They can hear me fine but no chat comes through. I've unplugged the headset from controller and power source but it does nothing. But if I shut my system off and back on it'll work fine again. Anyone know what's going on here? Anyway to fix this without having to constantly power down?
