I'll turn my controller off for 5-10 mins, when i get back and turn my controller on, my turtle beach won't work, if i turn off the controller again, the controller just won't connect to the xbox

the only way i've fixed it is just completely turning off the xbox and turning it back on

pls enlighten me to what im doing wrong \ how to fix without turning off

There is no fix..it's a known issue with turtle beaches. Best thing is to just leave ur controller on...buy a plug n play kit

With wired turtle beaches? My wireless turtles work perfectly.

Plug and play kits are worth it unless you want to recharge batteries every other day...but what would you know..you have no games to play lol

Update your controller with the USB wire that came in the box.

When I did that it fixed all my controller problems.
It's worth another try I guess.
