I'm going to start console gaming at my desk with a monitor. What kind of specs should I be looking for? Should I grab an IPS panel? 120Hz I assume? Would I notice any difference between 2ms and 5ms? Thanks for the help.

no difference really between 5ms and 2ms (noticeable at least)

also xbox one/consoles in general only goes up to 60hz (frame rate), so any higher and it doesn't matter. I got a 144hz monitor because I also use my monitor for pc gaming


yeah IPS seems to be the gold standard best way to go. Asus monitors seem really solid for the price
