I need help on my xbox one, I was playing battlefield hardline without any issues. I ended up turning it off, and starting it up again today with the intention of playing. It said that user has changed etc etc and asked me sign it, but it wouldnt let me sign in. I went back to the user interface and it froze. Wont let me move my cursor anywhere. I can still use kinect commands, but even from there it wont let me sign in. I can hold the button in the middle and choose to turn off controller/Console but there's about a 5 second delay between choosing either option. I have 2 controllers, and it happens with both. I've tried keeping it off for extended periods of time, and it still happens.

Bascially I want to know if anybody else had this issue? Is xbox live down for xbox one? Is there a kinect command to Hard reset the console, seems like mine is always in " sleep mode" because it always brings me back where i left it. No i cannot use any options or anything controller related as it's frozen. I am lost O.O

Lol did you try Googling Xbox one hard reset? Either hold the power button in until it powers down or even more effectively unplug the console for 2 minutes and then plug back in.

Why don't you try just doing a reset next time...

I love how people spend $300+ on a system and don't even know how to turn it off all the way.
