My 360 was working fine two days ago when I was on it. My little guy tried to play a new Xmas game he got while I was at work and now there seems to be a problem I can't figure out.

Any help would be great. I can't seem to find a solution for browsing online. Figured I'd give in here a shot.

My 360 system turns on, but there is no connection to the television. No RROD. Also no green lights around the ring on the console. All connections are plugged in properly and working. Other systems work fine. I've tried both HD and non-HD connections with the back switch correctly aligned.

There is no error code. No input is being sent to the TV.

The controllers turn on, but the system does not recognize they are there (green light does not come on as per usual). I know they are still connected to the system because they turn off when I turn the system off.

Any help would be great. Thanks.

Check to make sure the HDD and any removable media storage is seated properly I had something like this happen before and that fixed it.

Everything is in place.

Not on the TV. The only thing I can hear is the machine whirring as it normally does in it's working state.

Also: I have tried the holding Y + RT for a long time. As well as holding the power button for over 10 seconds.

Still nothing :(

mine does this every once in a while. the best i can figure out is to mess with the power cable where it goes into the xbox. it fixes mine but im not sure what/why it would affect the video output or if im just getting lucky and jiggling something else that fixes it. you might need to turn the console on/off a few times also if you havent already.

isnt there a standard and hdtv switch on the back of them? i cant remember but make sure its on the correct setting.
