Do you keep chars and gear if you transferred over from 360 to the one?

Yes, you do Gaby444 BUT you need to import/export your save from your old xbox 360 disc. So you will need a 360 console and a 360 disc to do it.. then it will save itself to Blizzards files and you can load up your new game on xbox one and it will transfer automatically once you hit the same button in the same spot you did for the 360.
