i dont know if i have access too the email i used for ysobad on 360, any other way i could recover?

Unless you have the profile on a Xbox that you can collect with a USB formatted for Xbox, the only way to recover it is with the Email linked to that account.

If you didn't put real information on the account, then no. If you used your real name, birth date, etc... or a credit card maybe, they could help you out. I made the GT Vivillon when it was announced (a pokemon) and forgot the information. I was able to call them and they verified the information and I got my account back.
