Microsoft has announced that Vine, the six-second video app, is now available on Xbox One. Xbox Live Gold members can start using the service to view clips today.

Through the app, which can be snapped to the side of your screen, you can view popular vines, or explore through the channel interface. The app supports gesture and voice control, as well as controller and remote control options.

The Vine app is currently for viewing only, so you can’t (yet) use your Kinect camera to record your short dramatic works. The app is available in 34 countries, including the United States, Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and many countries in Europe and Asia.

Didn't realize vine was a cable feature

Didn't realize consoles needed vine because their games are trash.

MS has 4 1/2 more exclusive games than PS this year.
