2. What is this Jade set I keep hearing about for WDs? I tried looking it up but for some reason I can't find anything.

xbox one will get the 2.1 patch so yeah , your gonna be able to find unique gems , and and stransmo is when you change your item apparence only.
yes there is an end game barb set - immortal king and pull of the heart togheter is best
jades set is the best set for wds.

When does Xbox get the 2.1 patch?

Hopefully soon otherwise no ones going to have time for it. Far to many aaa titles coming out in the next few months even early next year.
