In trying to purchase something on xbox and every time I put in my info for a Visa card I get error 8C320098
I googled it and followed everything that other people did and still got the error. Anyone have this issue aswell

Card is in use by another user, steal credit cards less plox.

Same thing happened to my friend and then his information was stolen. Keep an eye on your account.

Its weird but he hasn't bought anything besides trying to buy something from the store.

Try going to billing.microsoft.com and make sure all your info is correct. If you can't find anything wrong I would contact Xbox support to see what the exact error is and go from there.

maybe you've gotten a new card with a new expiration date or something
