Try some instrumental music. Shitty dubstep is better than rap or music with words in a montage.

What do you record with? Can you make it record full screen?

Looked like a complete spamfest. From the looks of some parts you where actually in a fight club though which I can give you points for.

If you have to speed up a clip because it gets boring it's already too boring to worry about.
