Ok so my xbox live ran out because my card expired, I added my new card and i got this error saying...

(Sorry, That's as many as you can have)
Only a limited number of these are allowed on any one account.

Error code PBR40441

I've already gone on xbox support and typed in the code and they said why this is happening but, I cant figure out how to fix it so i can renew my xbox live.

This is what xbox support said...

(This may mean that the offer you’re trying to purchase has already been purchased the maximum number of times allowed for your account.)

And the funny thing is I've only tried like 2 times because I thought maybe i typed my card number wrong or something but no this keeps happening.

If you can think of anyway to fix this or help me in anyway please post or pm some info.

Have you tried removing all credit card information from the your Microsoft account through their website and then readding the current information? Kind of a hassle, but might work.


The only thing I can relate to in this department is I had my credit card on too many accounts at one time and couldn't add it on more or buy time again until I removed it from one.

Yeah the weird thing is I can't remove my old card, maybe that could be the reason I don't know ill try to remove the old card as well if that don't help then I don't know what else to do. :(

I know that you can't remove a card so long as the current subscription that was paid for by said card is still active. You have to wait until that subscription is up before you can remove it.

What type of code did you try to use? 14 day/48 hr?

Thank guys for advice i have it fixed now so i can play titan fall and diablo 3 again.
