Alright, so Titanfall is without a doubt my favorite fps of all time. This thread will be for anything and everything Titanfall.

That includes:

• favorite set ups
• favorite tactics per game type/map
• tips and hints on regen challenges
• general chatting (positive)
• sharing tags and possibly playing with fellow jsp members

Gametype!

I'll start off with saying that Last Titan Standing is by far my game type. Me and a buddy dominate 2v6 no problem with our current setup. I run Vortex Shield/Slaved and he uses Particle Wall/Cluster.

Challenge!

As for the Gen 5 challenge "Gooser" where you have to kill 50 ejecting pilots...

Rodeo titans until the pilot ejects, causing you to eject as well and Carbine them in the air.

Or, just use the Chaingun with Extended mags and you'll get them fairly easily.

Is it really that great?

Oh yeah. I've been a huge cod and halo fan for 10+ years.. Played competitive in both. And this game has absolutely blown me away.

It's way over hyped due to it being a "fresh feel"

Don't get me wrong though, it's still a really good game

Mack imagine cod then imagine halo then imagine mech warrior its all 3 combined and refined.

It might feel the same as most fpses but prety much has 1000 times the action.

Yeah on the One. And I agree, it's basically the best of all the most "known" fps put together with dedicated servers.



I agree that it has been very hyped, but disagree about being over hyped.

Sales of the Xbox One in the UK nearly doubled with the release of Titanfall.

3rd gen 3 levels and ill be 4th going for 10 might stop at 7 due to the tag looking cool but havent decided yet.

Tip: do the challenges for the next generation whilst levelling up!
I got to my 2nd gen forgetting about the required challenges and now got to spend more time at level 50 doing them all!

The thing is with any game like cod and titanfall you don't need a strategy....

I have titanfall and my first match I dominated as I use to in cod which is why I won't buy another cod game for awhile..
you don't really need much skill besides spraying...

Ill stick to my battlefield and only play when I get a group together...
