In my experience, that's not 100% true. It's pretty close though. I'll attribute the times hit detection are off to me being lazy and not hard wiring my XB1 yet. I haven't used it enough to care about doing it yet.

That would be why. It is instant just like cod if you have a solid hardwired connection

Lol you mean firing a 30 round mag and only a handfull actually regitstering.

It has more to do with the engines used to create the game. The ones used for black opps and ghost are awful compared to this one.

Just downloaded the beta on my X1. bout to start playing, haven't been excited for a release of a game for console in awhile.

Gonna be a game for the PC, but the game is amazing.
