chapter 0 - explore while rhonda's busy

i have been doing this for over an hour and completed ever sidequest to offer...but rhonda is still not ready to talk to me.

WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO FOR HER TO TALK TO ME? WHY SHE NO LIKE ME?
