does it have the problems the psn one did?

if so, were the problems fixed?

it's $40, which is about the same as in store or from amazon - but i'd obviously rather just buy digital unless it's a problem.

Why would you rather buy digital when you can resell or trade a physical copy. You can buy a used one of Amazon for like 30 and get more than half of that back later

I could understand if the price was lower, but 40 isn't very low for digital
