My Xbox app and console chats will not load. I can’t see my chat history. Get looks like you’re stranded message on the app. Reset router. Xbox. Re downloaded app. Checked to see if I was banned. Nothing is working. Anyone know how to fix this issue?

Try logging into a different sccount via share and see if it let's you there. Maybe ur Xbox commun banned for a few days
