So what's the best way to lvl up now? Don't care about cash just wanna lvl fast

Prison race change world record to personal. Everything from wanted level to custom car on. Clear noon and 2 laps. Cross the first lap and watch the bar go up. Mine goes 1/3 every 3 races I get a level 1 minute each. Meh use motor cycles and you need a 2nd person otherwise it won't work.

does getting crew color on your car do anything extra?

winning some races gives you over 6K.

Yet the grind for hours continue and that's only if u get high places.
