Buy 15k bike. Upgrade it as far as you can.
Open map go to top left there's a garage go there infront. Once there press start left bumper press a twice. Once open back out.
Get on bike go in sell before it takes you off press start lb a a b. Drive up front

Repeat no problem. Don't but fg for glitches

If you got a bike mine you'll make 112k every 15 seconds goodluck
