I would advise you to save as much as you can, DO NOT UPGRADE any vechicals that the characters dont start out stock with because as of right now they tend to disappear.
DO NOT do any of the Lester missions until you do all of the main story line and freak and geeks missions so you have a good amount of money built up to invest into the stocks
All the Lester missions that has BAWSAQ stock I would suggest not dumping all your money into it as its an online market and you have to be FAST before other players start selling their stock.
Just deleted all my saves 60% in (Didnt beat main story) to start off fresh, Ive read if you dont do the Lester missions right the first time round you wont have enough money to buy all the buildings since there is not a reliable way to make big money yet.
I finished the game, the only buildings I couldn't buy we're the mike theaters that cost $20 - $30 mill
I own everything else though
