i cant use another save cause other save is from the beggining of the game

That's what they're supposed to do, but they don't reset the next time you put them on. At a low level or lockpicking, you can't flick more than once without it breaking.

set difficulty to novice and first punch the first 2 guys to death and take thier stuff

went to a couple places where there was a bunch of expert locks and did them all one by one, got my lockpick to well over 35 from 18

i did that on my first play through lol, you can do it by taking the guards gear. your old gear will be in dalphines chest when u get back to her basement room

for anyone who would like to use a glitch to increase their Speech skill to 100, go into Black Briar Meadery in Riften and talk to the barkeep. Ask him what he thinks of Maven. Bribe him. Then Persuade him. The persuade option stays there. You can repeat persuading him over and over until your Speech level is 100. This is an easy way to get the achievement of leveling a skill to 100. It's also an easy way to get levels.
