It would be a bit ridiculous if you cannot store bikes in your garage. I doubt I'm getting it back. I just did a test, drove my other customized car to a mission, got myself killed, cancelled the mission, and my car is at the impound bike no where to be found :(

A lot of people have been reporting their customized
cars disappearing and then randomly appearing again. Perhaps until an update customizing cars should be put on the back burner unless you want to take that risk
