yeah it is, microsoft studios just helped the indie dev, similar 2 journey and unfinished swan

Examples of indie games = Minecraft (PC), Project Zomboid, Dead State, Monaco, even Path of Exile is a indie game

Indie = Independent developer that recieves no kind of funding, marketing, or any other help from any publisher

State of Decay did ie' not indie game

i ended up buying it last thursday

i'm liking everything about it except for the too many infestations bs lol....

game reminds me of "rebuild" on kongregate

The last patch fixed the Infestation bug, it would give you the message if it was say in another town etc.

But since the patch if you get the message you got infestations in your town, they wont show up on the map all the time, so either drive around or go up at a scouting location and you can see the infested houses
