Pike's Basin solo is pretty good. You can do it in like 6mins solo pretty easily.

Twin Rocks = 1k-2k in about a minute. Or more depending on how good you are at it. Do it a few times and you should find a way to do it pretty fast without dying.

few questions

how do i get the buffalo rifle in gun shop?
also how do i the achievement tie some one up and leave them on the train tracks (i did to a man and women didnt get it)
