It's the same thing I did. That first char I went knight and struggled bad. After taking forever to get past Ornstein/smough fight a friend suggested doing a pyro. Great decision lol

lol master key, way to kill half the game

why is that?

the master key opens up alot of shortcuts making exploration a little pointless

Just take the key lol other than the bnocs Idk what other shit does but every thing I've read suggests master key

the "bomb" type object helps ez mode the tutorial boss, but the reward is nothing unique

Just started playing this game, pretty fun so far, i like the challenge. killed the first boss and some demon on a bridge then this butterfly guy so far. definitely cant be greedy in this game, i learned that pretty fast haha.
