my profile isn't deleted, I am still lvl 21 or so, with my car, guns, ammo, and what money I have left after buying my house. The only thing that was lost was my house because of a glitch, working on getting that fixed atm.

You might have purchased a defective console if its only 3 months old and you still can't play. Take your disc out. Do you see a circular scratch around your GTA5 Play Disc? Do you still have the receipt that came with your console? I recommend trying to get an exchange for a different, non defective system.
