i probly know what one u need i had the same problem as did sooo many others
go to mowen city and in the south west corner u will c a small boat it shows on the map
most ppl who have just 1 location left need this one so go there

that was my last achievement giving me 100% including dlc


ryder white dlc sux everyone i suggest you do NOT download it
its very short can be beat in a few hours / its not free roam / theres no lvling / very boring / no achievements

its single player only its so retarded and his fury is a shity version of the black chicks fury
its like they slapped the dlc together in a day its absolutely pathetic i was so dissapointed wish i didnt waist my money on it
