I've spent close to 100 dollars on gear to get the mic to work and I've only had it about 5 months. This isn't including the 100 dollar mic. I'm done with it.

It isn't the headset. It's this part of the controller that stops working do to constant dropping of controllers and ware and tare. So I would have to buy a new controller and a new cord. Not going to do it just to talk.

I got mad and cut the cord up with a knife  :mellow:  In my defense it was already almost kind of broken.

I can tell on some of the controllers that the plug in hole is widened and one is chipped. One has some metal on the inside fallout off. I have the worst luck
