Some of the weapons are probably DLC2. There's files for Tier 2 VoG gear, it just doesn't drop, so who knows what well actually get.

Just do the vanguard strikes. Get some rep/marks/gear while you do it, that way it's not a complete waste of time while you're doing it.

Nexus is the quickest once you're overleveled. Just target Servitors while ignoring ads and you can run last everything else.

Idk, we got the Ogre on the moon strike down to 6min a run. Just kill the Mormu wizard then peace out through the door and run straight to the ogre.
