The tasks for the outfit should be in the outfits menu, without putting the code in.

C something Chappel South/East around Armadillo, complete 3 "Apetite" missions in Armadillo near the sheriffs office (All one mission, just save/skip a day and another person will pop up in the same location.), and captrue/kill Mo Van Barr from a Wanted Posters (The posters are random I think, but try Armadillo obv)

nobody else is getting this?

1) when i pick a char on multiplayer i cant see them
2) some times my gun/hat disappears
3) sometimes ghost char riding horses u cant see them but u can hear them
4) other chars disappear as well u can target them but u cant see them?
5) my entire char disappears all i can see is the aiming thing when im aiming

What's wrong? Bugs? I wouldn't doubt it, I mean it's the first day, let's see how it goes. I'm getting it tomorrow after school and gonna go hunting hardcore with my friends.

Frankly I found the GTA IV multiplayer to be fine. A little slow at times, but it's a big map.
