I really never noticed a difference between downloading on my ps4 vs xbone tbh

How? It doesn't let me until it's done downloading.
How would you even be able to play a game that's not even downloaded?

i buy disc, on ps4 when u pop that disc in your playing is 2 minutes or less 95% of the time

Something is wrong on your end because ReCore is only 6.5gbs and it was extremely fast for me to download it play it. Your just trying to find an excuse to bitch. The only big difference I have noticed between the 2 consoles is that the wifi on the ps4 is awful. My x1 gets 40+ download and 20+ upload on wifi the ps4 gets under 5 for both. If I don't directly connect my ps4 it takes it forever to download which makes me think they put a weak wifi card in it or something.

Same on Xbox - you're just dumb. XB1 let's you play as it downloads.

Oh, okay. I am mainly digital so I was thinking that.
However, xbox lets you play while it's downloading too.
