On PS4 are current gen exclusive effected in any way by being able to play last gen exclusives on the console? No.
On Xbox One are current gen exclusives effected by not actually being exclusive? Yes.

You choose to not acknowledge the fact that if the games aren't exclusively on the platform they are not exclusive. So like I said, to imply that PSNow and Xbox/Win 10 are even remotely the same is retarded.

To me if its only on one console I consider it exclusive I do not really care if its on PC or not. The vast majority of console gamers only play on console,especially games that require such strong PC hardware to run on a pc. To me No Man's Sky is an exclusive just like Quantum Break is an exclusive. I know theoretically its not but the majority of those games are sold on the console compared to PC.

#1 you are overestimating effect of PC sales on consoles sales.
#2 still a hypocrite ignoring the fact that a good number of PS exclusives no also hitting PC even though they don't have the same interconnection with Windows.
#3 you're the one who is confused if you are relating backwards compatibility and PSNow. One is a quality alternative. One is a pay-to-play scheme with high latency and bad prices.

And to inflate your ignorance, you're ignoring the fact that the Xbox-owned IP are coming specifically to the Win10 games store where they reap the benefit, not Steam. The PC sales of PS games are lost sales. Sony trying to stop that hemorrhage by offering the subscription service - will probably flop unless they fix pricing, PC gamers are used to cheap games.
