can people jump u up lvls if they are a higher lvl can u join there game for more xp

thought the zombies scaled to your own level

say someone is lvl20 and youre 5. the zombies will show up as 20 to him, and 5 to you. before you could join a high level game and power level, but the recent patch fixed that i believe
