Saying this you are also implying that over 75% of the guns in the game should be a 1 hit kill to the neck also.

if not the 75% of the other guns then ATLEAST the sniper rifles since the calibers are much stronger

and needing 2 shots from a sniper rifle round in the neck is balance?
