They said that about the AC3 and the exclusive content was like nothing. They did it for LA Noire too, said it was a "full length mission" and it was shorter than any other mission in the game, even the "stranger" missions.

There are three main cities in ACIV. They are Kingston, Havana, and Nassau. There are also 50 plus islands you will be able to explore. Check out the map poster you get as a preorder bonus:
