I said this game does have some similarities to halo specifically in the story and your ghost companion. Also the physics and movement kinda reminded me of halo, with the exaggerated gravity and not dieing in matchmaking instantly when shot. Not to mention have you looked at any of vehicles?
To sit here and say this game is 0% similar to halo is not accurate, otherwise a number of people wouldn't have made that connection.
The only people making the connection are those saying Bungie made it like Wolfie below.
If you take the game at face value, there is not that much similar about them via my list above.
