Every single person has a fallback game and some people have 2 or 3. Whenever they get bored or what have you they fallback to that game and play it until they get the urge to play another game. I can almost guarantee that the best of both consoles have a very slim market for fallback games that are exclusive.

Most exclusives are games that are only enjoyable for 1 playthrough with shit multiplayer or none. Excluding games like killzone/halo/gears.
