Doubtful, its the fact pc games play at a higher speed than console games that you're able to achieve such massively large amounts more.

Between out up to 20 second respawns and the fact that console shooters are notoriously slower paced than PC shooters i'd say that makes up for a LOT of the difference in scores alone.
