Pre-ordering for consoles isn't real pre-ordering anyway. You're name doesn't get tied to a console, it just means how many consoles' will a store order. Still have to go early in the morning.

Stores only get an allotted stock of items like this. Being the first to preorder means a guarantee in the first shipment. Preordering late and you will get the 2nd batch and so on.

id say price will be anywhere from 500-600 only because it comes with kinect

plus another 60 if they keep it at that price for xbox live gold.

I was going for a 400 dollar model and a 500 dollar one, but it doesn't look like there will be any difference. Maybe HD?
