that is the solution right there

I believe all the dmg scales for everybody for now in pvp until you get to the iron banner which isn't available yet
only difference is the sights and the character passives

a lvl 5 hand cannon will do the same dmg as a lvl 20 hand cannon

Na, it really doesn't. I'll 3-4 shot most level 10s with my AR but it takes an entire clip on some of the 2xs. I can also one shot super low level kids with my sniper and it'll barely drop the shield of some of the higher up kids.

Only the bonuses(passives) carry over
Flat damage such as the numbered damage and impact dmg are scaled for everyone
The upgradable bonus on the weapons and armor are carried over

Flat dmg and impact dmg don't hold it's actual numbers unless you play iron banner which isn't available yet

a lvl 5 and a lvl 20 does the same flat dmg but the lvl 20 will have more upgradable bonus mods than the lvl 5
So yes a lvl 20 weapon with the upgraded bonus dmg modifier will do more dmg than the lvl 5 weapon with no modifiers
But both a lvl 20 weapon with a damage modifier and a lvl 5 weapon with a damage modifier will do the same amount of dmg

Still the dmg modifier is not that big of a difference where you say you'll 3shot or 4shot a lvl 10 with the auto rifle

Head shots work wonders. Seems you haven't played very much PvP still.

I played plenty of pvp
You still won't kill with 3-4 headshots with an Assault rifle even if you had a damage modifier and they had no armor modifier with full health/shields
Still over exaggerating
That would mean that you would 100% definitely 1 shot headshot with a scout or hand cannon which is not possible unless you are playing iron banner pvp which isn't even available yet

I'm still going to say you haven't played much if you don't think it makes a major difference lol. I can one shot kids with no armor modifiers with my sniper and hardly drop shield on people who obviously have modifiers.

You can say it makes little to no difference but you're just flat out wrong.

3-4 still means 3 shots to kill
when you say it takes 3 to 4 days to arrive that means it can possibly be 3 OR 4 days
So yea when you say 3-4, that also means 3 shot kills or 4 shot kills
