They haven't said yet but it'll be $10-15 like Jay said, if you preorder you get a month free though.
I was talking to the guy at EB Games and they had their conference call and discussed whether Bioware wanted to do more Collectors Editions, hopefully they will but he said EA and Bioware have brough in analysts and they expect to take have well over 5 million people on launch and Blizzard is very worried (Why would they be though even though obviously they're going to lose a lot money it's not like they won't still be making a lot), which makes EA extremely happy.
