I just played it on legendary without smithing or sneaking. Was difficult but fun.

Been hard to get the time in to play the last couple days.

I have been on legendary the entire time though.

you can get ebony weapons from lvl 1 i think those draugr caves...preset respawns of overlords and deathlords, i had a lvl 1 twink with like 10 of em lol.

you can even get a bow, ebony bow. Makes your life so much easier. they are a pain in the ass to kill though , i bet even harder on legendary.that overlord prob will drop you in 1 or 2 hits so you need good dodging skills...but its totally worth it

and get the hireling i think i used the dark elf girl from whiterun , put a ebony 2hander on that btch and she is going to be wrecking. id get my conjuring skills up too, those things are so helpful...you can powerlevel it easy just equip a bunch of +mana gear and safespot an enemy and spam your skills

but you said no powerleveling or picking up weapons so there is that
