It's comparing apple and oranges. A hybrid drive doesn't have the same functionality as an ssd.

A hybrid uses the flash memory to store commonly used files to speed up the process. I'm not sure how this will help other then the OS but they are pretty crafty.

Yeah. Devs are pretty good at optimizing the hardware they are given. Swapping out a hard drive in my console for an ssd just doesn't seem to make sense to me. Such a marginal difference for the cost.

microsoft's attempt at de-railing SCUF, why buy a scuf when you can buy a Microsoft brand controller thats the EXACT same but has micro soft warranty for the same price??

how is it marginal? new s1 pro controller = 150 alone, 1TB hybrid SSD cost = ??? Reg x1 (500 gb hd) = 350.... pro bundle (1tb Hybrid SSD & x1 pro controller) = 500.... how is this not a decent priced deal ???
