It was a quirky glitch where if you jumped down onto a very specific point while doing a crouch jump and releasing it perfectly on landing, you would bounce ~50 feet in the air and be able to land on top of structures otherwise inaccessible or in some cases get outside the map.
all you had to do was crouch in a spot where you would get stuck and let go of the crouch button and walk out, and hit that point. There were always tons of glitches and I never found them all. I spent hours a day doing this stuff with my friends an there was always something new
