how it dark souls 2 online? is it any good? is it like D2 as in playing with friends? is the pvp good? i'm debating on getting it for the PC on release, and curious to hear some opinion on it...

i'm planning on getting it for the multiplayer and pvp, and i'm playing POE atm and loving it so much i'm thinking of holding off on buyin dark souls for a while until I hear a little more about it.

so basically you don't farm up for good items, and can use them to pvp ? also as i'm reading the thread, i'm assuming you can mod on this game to get better stuff?? so this is basically a single player game with added co-op to play with friends online, but nothing serious like d2/poe?
