Idk about Multi-player but when I played Coop, i played about 10-12 coop game and there was no one with a mic.
So where is the skill Teamwork there?

so heres what i gathered lol

bf3:
teamwork
no run and gunning
vehicles and more

mw3:
kill streaks
perks
run a gun

dis right or wat @@ !!

You can run and gun in BF3 and manage to do fairly well in kills, but the objectives are more important than the kills, kills arent gonna win unless you are playing DM. But yeah you pretty much got it.

with no 1 hit snipers watching over objectives, you can run and gun all you want now. they made recon 99% useless in bf3

Idk how many times i have to say it, learn to shoot better, and you can land those head shots or at least land 2 hits for the kill.

land headshots every time is a horrible argument

and with the scope sway you can shoot once -> wait 4 or w/e seconds it is till you can steady again then re-aim (adjusting for bullet drop to his new position).
also bolt action snipers (which are the only guaranteed 2 hit kills) need to be pulled back (click off zoom) after each shot giving the enemy more time to run.

Not saying land the headshots every time, that would be damn near impossible.

Playing as a sniper means you need to think about how you are getting setup. You need to make sure the area you are covering has fairly decent view of all cover, preferably open spaces that people will travel. If you manage to get setup in a good spot, you should be able to pull in kills.

Only close combat is when snipers aren't one hit, or when you shoot them in the foot.

Why would you post this?
Nothing but fanboys will tell you which to get based on their own opinions.
Its personal preference, if you like call of duty get that and vise versa.
